Why replace normal honey with Faroson Australian Manuka Honey?

Our Manuka Honey is 100% pure Australian Manuka Honey, sourced from Manuka flowers:

Method

1/ Pop your popcorn
In a large stockpot, heat a thin layer of oil over medium-high heat. Drop in 2–3 kernels to test the temperature. When the test kernels pop, pour in the remaining popcorn kernels and cover with a lid.

Remove the pot from the heat for 30 seconds, then return it to the stove. This helps all kernels reach the same temperature and prevents burning. The kernels will start popping quickly.

Once the popping slows and you can hear individual pops, remove the pot from the heat. Leave it covered for another 30 seconds to allow the last kernels to pop.

2/ Make the Manuka Honey Butter sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Once fully melted, turn off the heat and stir in Manuka Honey and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and glossy.

Pour the honey mixture over the freshly popped popcorn. Stir and toss until all kernels are evenly coated, turning the popcorn a beautiful golden-yellow color.

For extra-crispy popcorn: Spread the coated popcorn onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 160°C / 320°F for 10–15 minutes, stirring every 3–4 minutes to prevent burning. Once golden brown, remove from the oven. As it cools, the popcorn will get nice and crispy and can be stored at room temperature for up to 5 days.

Tip: Be patient and avoid high heat. Overheating can reduce the natural MGO (methylglyoxal) levels in Manuka Honey, which are key to its healing and antioxidant benefits.

3/ Drizzle (Extra)
Gently warm a spoonful of Manuka Honey over low heat until runny. Drizzle it over your golden popcorn for an extra sweet, glossy, and cozy finish.

4/ Enjoy
Sit back, relax, and enjoy your irresistibly crispy Manuka Honey popcorn while watching your favorite movie.
